The most challenging part of the creative process is staying focused. As entrepreneurs, there are always ideas to expand the line, and people want to get on board when they see a good thing. We have to remind ourselves daily to keep pushing the "Rock Your Hair" ball up the hill, as there will be time for more projects and line expansions later. Of course, finding work-life balance is also a challenge, but we find the extreme miraculous joy in the process, despite the super long hours!
